How do I place my order?
To place an order:
- Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
- You can proceed either through our website checkout or via PayPal.
- If you want to use the website checkout, please click the green “Checkout” button on the right.
- If you want to continue via PayPal, click the PayPal button.
- You will be directed to the “Customer Information” page and asked to enter:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
- If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right and click “Apply” to apply it to your order.
- Click “Continue to Shipping Method.” Make sure your delivery address is correct (if different from your billing address).
- After completing this, click “Continue to Payment Method” and enter your payment information. You may indicate that billing and shipping addresses are the same.
- Click “Complete Order.” You will receive an order summary on screen and a confirmation email.
Problems with missing or incorrect items?
Please contact us at service@dermaitlife.com. Provide your order number and, if necessary, an image (max 1 MB). We will send the correct item at no additional cost, and you may keep the incorrectly sent item as a gift.
How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.
Want to change your order?
Order changes are allowed on the same day until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). Contact us at service@dermaitlife.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my cart?
- Go to the page of the item you want and select your options.
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- Enter the desired quantity and either continue shopping or complete your order.
How to view your cart, remove items, or change quantities
- Click the cart icon at the top of the website.
- To change the quantity, adjust the “Quantity” field.
- To remove items, click “Remove.”

- Select your item and click “Checkout.”
